MÁDARA Cosmetics is a leading organic beauty brand from Northern Europe, offering a wide range of ECOCERT-certified skincare, haircare, and makeup products. The challenge

When MÁDARA came to us in 2022, their Amazon presence was spread across different reseller accounts and lacked a clear strategy. The main challenges were:

We took over the entire Amazon operation, handling listings, advertising, content
