Nordicare is a Danish brand with over 100 years of expertise in creating premium, eco-friendly cleaning and care products for wood, furniture, and kitchen surfaces. All products are manufactured in Denmark with a focus on safety, sustainability, and performance.

The challenge

Nordicare, a Danish brand with 100+ years of expertise in eco-friendly cleaning and care products, approached us with no Amazon presence in the UK or US. Their goals were clear:

  • Launch Amazon from scratch in both markets

  • Identify which products would perform best on Amazon UK and Amazon US

  • Establish a scalable, long-term Amazon growth strategy

  • Shift focus from fast growth to sustainable profitability



Our solution

Full-service Amazon launch

We built Nordicare’s Amazon presence from the ground up — covering listings, VAT registration, logistics setup, market penetration strategy, A+ content, keyword research, and Amazon PPC campaigns. Launch started in the UK and later expanded to the US.

ListinData-driven product testing optimization

We tested multiple product groups to find the best performers in each market. Low-performing products were phased out, while high-demand items (such as Wood Outdoor Oil, Hob Cleaner, and Linseed Oil) became the foundation for growth.

Brand-led content and design

We optimized listings across categories with new visuals, messaging angles, and value propositions. Using Amazon A/B testing and performance tracking, we refined titles, bullets, and images to boost conversion rates and buyer engagement.

Strategic product launches

We identified and launched new products to meet customer demand — for example, Danish Oil.

Shift toward profitability

After the initial growth phase, we restructured advertising spend to balance sales growth with profitable Amazon PPC performance, ensuring scalability without overspending.
